Inspired by the good cuisines of the various regions of Italy, current food trends and seasonal preferences, we are constantly developing new and interesting product creations that are tested in our own restaurants.

With our extensive range of filled and unfilled pasta through to professional and premium pasta, we offer a wide selection for upmarket restaurants, company and social catering, bulk consumers and catering businesses.

Our philosophy

Quality starts with the raw material

This is why we only use selected, high-quality raw materials from carefully chosen suppliers for our products. The individual ingredients are processed freshly, gently and without the addition of preservatives or colorants. This is the only way to give our pasta creations their unmistakable taste.

Our dough

Using a traditional recipe, we only use natural, high-quality raw materials, which are carefully processed into a pasta dough by our pasta masters. Their years of experience play a huge role in achieving the characteristic flavour and perfect consistency for the Al Dente bite.

Single piece removal

Our products are individually frozen. Your advantage: you can pack in exact portions. This protects the environment, prevents food wastage and reduces your costs.

Our fillings

As soon as we receive the individual ingredients, they are carefully processed in our kitchen, using our many years of experience and culinary expertise to elicit the best characteristics from each ingredient and ensure a chunky, creamy consistency with the perfect flavour and aroma.

The quality levels

The entire range can be divided into different quality levels. The “handmade” and filling content play important roles here. Higher-quality ingredients and the size of the pasta shapes also determine the classification. Starting with products for quick preparation in the attractive price segment, through ideal professional GV pasta to premium pasta: our products are suitable for numerous applications and combinations in any kitchen, whether classic, modern or typically Italian.

Using a traditional recipe, we only use natural, high-quality raw materials that are carefully processed into a dough by our chefs. Their years of experience play an enormous role in achieving the perfect consistency for the “Al Dente” bite.

We place the highest value on product safety and the intended use, which is why we offer easy-to-store 500g - 1kg packs for our restaurateurs and 5-10kg packs for bulk consumers. All products are frozen using the IQF process and can therefore be removed individually.
