Inspired by the good cuisines of the various regions of Italy, current food trends and seasonal preferences, we are constantly developing new, interesting product creations that are tested in our own restaurant.

With our extensive range of filled and unfilled pasta to professional and premium pasta, we offer a wide selection for upscale gastronomy, company and social catering, bulk consumers and catering businesses.

Our philosophy

Quality starts with the raw material

This is why we only use selected, high-quality raw materials from carefully chosen suppliers for our products. The individual ingredients are processed freshly, gently and without the addition of preservatives or colourings. This is the only way to give our pasta creations their unmistakable flavour, consistency and aroma.

Our dough

Using a traditional recipe, we only use natural, high-quality raw materials, which are carefully processed into a pasta dough by our pasta masters. Their years of experience play a huge role in achieving the characteristic flavour and perfect consistency for the Al Dente bite.

Our products are individually frozen). Your advantage: you can pack in exact portions. This protects the environment, prevents food wastage and reduces your costs.

The quality levels

The entire range can be categorised into different quality levels. The ‘handmade’ and filling content play important roles here. Higher-quality ingredients and the size of the pasta moulds also determine the classification. Prepare frozen fresh pasta quickly and successfully

Our user-orientated packs offer versatile preparation options, such as in a bain-marie or convection oven.

Ravioli and tortellini are small, filled pasta products made from two layers of pasta dough and come in different shapes. The filling can consist of meat, fish, vegetables or cheese.

Ravioli are either stamped or folded, while tortellini are made in the shape of a circle or a crescent. The larger version of the pasta shape is called tortelloni.

We process the individual ingredients gently in our kitchen and elicit the best characteristics from each ingredient. In doing so, we ensure a chunky, creamy consistency with the perfect flavour and aroma.

We offer a variety of options, including unfilled, vegan and vegetarian, as well as different types of meat and fish.

The following applies to our pasta packaging: We place the highest value on product safety and sustainability. We are continuously reducing the film thickness of our packaging and working on recyclability, although we are currently still reliant on plastic.

Although we would like to replace plastic completely, this is unfortunately not yet possible. We are reducing the use of film and have been able to switch to a thinner film while maintaining the same stability. This not only saves material, but also energy. We are working on making the film packaging recyclable. Furthermore, our products are frozen individually, which allows you to remove them from the packaging in exact portions.

This protects the environment, prevents food waste and reduces your costs.
